If possible, detail the type of machine (slant, upright, bar-top), number of machines and location.
A complete, concise entry for a machine might look one of these:
"New: (3) 25¢ 1 Play Slant-top Prog (3) center machines in row of (10) against wall to the left of Deli (0.25% meter) ($16 per point)"
"MIA: (7) 25¢, 50¢, $1 1 Play Slant-top against wall to the left of Deli ($20 per point)".
Just make sure to list the games like 99.54% JoB (FP) or 98.45% JoB.
