No change in VP inventory at Harrah's Chester. The have added some video blackjack that doesn't have terrible rules (i.e. blackjack pays 3:2). Otherwise, there is nothing full pay in the whole place.

Just returned from Harrah's Chester. It is nice looking, clean, well lighted, and has a good supply of all types of machines, but it will not attract "Advantage" video poker players. There are dozens of 25 cent 8-5 machines, a few of which are progressives (the top pay rises from $1,000, not 1,000 quarters as previously reported), which progress very slowly. It is not true that there are higher pay-off 25 cent draw poker machines. The nearest thing to a 9-6 machine, which is, in fact, less desirable than an 8-5 machine, is a number of "double aces and faces" machines, which show 9 for a full house and 6 for a flush, but also pay only one for two pair. There are 8-6 dollar - location and game details are unknown.
