The new owner has removed the "over 100%" vp from the machines near the new pizza (former Noodle) spot. All games on these machines are now short pay.

M1 Gaming has purchased Boomtown Reno from Pinnacle Entertainment.

New club card (Choice Rewards) and a new bank of machines with 8 games all over 100% in 5c and 25c denominations.

All 10/7 double bonus has been downgraded. most games are 9/7/5 (99.1%) at all denominations; the slant-tops in high limit are 9/7/5 at $1 and $2, 10/7/239 (99.8%) at $5 and higher. all NSUD is MIA. i checked all the machines listed in the database, deuces were ugly on all of them. deuces were also ugly on every other machine i looked at. new game: super triple play slant top in high limit, 3/5/10 play, $1/$2/$5 denomination, six coins per hand. four games, BP BDlx DB DDB, but unfortunately none of them worth playing. they're all in the 99.1-99.3% range. best game is 10/5 bonus poker, 99.34%. (the bonus-bet sixth coin bumps the FH from 8 to 10, and triples the SF and all quads.)

Details of the new comp policy are still not available. Booth people say "you are earning comps, just ask us if you want any food". Apparently there is a problem with programing the new policy into their computer.

Cashback has been discontinued and the new comp policy is to be finalized soon. The word for now from the booth is " It will be up to 7 times more than before and good at most of the Boomtown facilities". Meanwhile points for play will accumulate at the old rate of $30 = 1 point.

The 4 upright $1 triple play 10/7 DB near the cashier are missing. This is disappointing as it was one of my favorite plays, it's hard to find full pay on multi-line machines any more. There are 8 MG/MD machines outside Cassidy's that have 10/7DB at $1/$2/$5. Unlike other locations in the casino, the $5 DB paytable has not been shorted on quads/SF on this bank of - location and game details are unknown.
