I recently visited the new casino in French Lick, IN. Building the casino (in an oversized puddle to qualify as a 'riverboat') was tied to restoring two grand hotels/spas from bygone days. These are the French Lick Springs Hotel and the West Baden Springs Hotel. The latter is still under construction. They have three tiers of players cards and will initially give you the one that corresponds to your Harrah's card. I am not sure of any of the paybacks, etc. But, I did see that you can cash in your cashback from any machine at any time.
