From a Grand Sierra player: "I can confirm all "fullpay" multi-line VP is gone from hi limit. In fact, most of the games are hit double hard or worse (for example, JOB is 8/5. I saw nothing over 98%. There are 3 single line machines that have $0.50-$10 9/6 DDB (98.98%) which is the best available. For multi-line in the regular casino, one bar between the Buffet and the Grand Cafe has 3/5/10 play $0.50-$1.00 9/6 DDB which is the highest % on those machines and the only multiline I could find with even that. Anything with a gimmik is downgraded more. The $0.25-$1.00 single line fullpay machines near the Lex Nightclub still remain, which take up to 20 coins for $0.25 and 10 coins for $1.00."

From a Grand Sierra player: "The single line machines listed in High Limits do not have 9/6 BPD, 9/7 DB, or 9/6 JB. Best single line game i saw in High Limits was 9/6 DDB. I didn’t check multiline games."

Rumor has it there there are some over 99% games at the bar to the right of the buffet, such as 9/6 JoB, 8/5 BP and 9/7 DB. Unknown denoms...

Changed machines above 9/6 to MIA rather than removing them from list. Over time, good VP has come and gone at the GSR; we can hope this change is temporary.

There are many vp machines scattered around the floor that you can use free play on. Many are full pay JB. You just have to look for them. Even non-full pay vp is better than most slots. After many hrs of play, I was surprised that my comp balance hadn't changed. Well better late than never to the party. Just learned of the conversion of system to only one type of balance -- cash which can be taken as free play or comps. If you have a comp balance, it's from the old days & WILL EXPIRE IN THE NEXT MONTH OR TWO so use it up.

The data base listing for "Cashback (Freeplay): 100 Points = $1 (0.50%)" is technically accurate; however, the machines on which free play can be redeemed are not the machines most would want to play. You have to use the free play on machines that have this big green $ sticker on them. I found no video poker machines that would accept the free play. Only slots. I opted to take my cash in comps for dinner.
